Most of our customers have their call answered within 5 minutes, however during peak times, particularly a Monday, this may be slightly longer.
In order to get you to the right team as quickly as possible, please have your policy number ready and enter it when asked.

To allow us to deal promptly with your request, please ensure you include:

- your full name
- your address
- how you would like us to reply and your contact details (e.g. telephone number or email address)
- your signature, which provides with us with your consent to complete your instruction
