We understand that so much of what we need to know or do is online these days and we’ve tried to make sure you don’t have any problems using the website. To tell us how we could make things easier for you, or if you need extra support, please contact us.
If you’re blind or partially sighted you can use screen readers like JAWS or Zoomtext on our website if you’re viewing it on a desktop computer.
If you find it hard to use your device, AbilityNet can help. Their My Computer My Way website has lots of advice on how to make your phone, computer, or tablet easier to use. It has step by step guides on how to adapt your device to meet your needs.
AbilityNet also offer free help on how to use your devices if you have a disability. You can call them for free on 0300 180 0028.
Extra help and support
There are a few things we may be able to do to help you when receiving information from us. Contact us if you’d like braille, large print, an audio version or we could send you these on coloured paper.
