Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs) provide a summary of the key information relating to individual funds, including the risks. They have a standard format so it’s easier for you to compare different funds and they are updated regularly. Each KIID shows the date it was created and the latest version can always be accessed from these pages. Our KIID explainer (PDF, 650KB) is an interactive guide to what you can expect to find in each of the sections within the KIID.
We’ve created new Value Assessment Reports which sit alongside our other key investments documentation. You can access the reports by clicking the links below.
You can also access the Supplementary Investor Information Documents (SIIDs) from these pages. They are designed to be read alongside the relevant KIID and together they summarise important information about the OEIC and ISA products and funds in our range. If you are invested through one of our ISAs, please also refer to the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for this. For Scottish Widows funds, the T&Cs form part of the SIID and for Halifax funds, the T&Cs can be found as a separate document on the Halifax funds page.
You can also access the Prospectuses – these are legal documents that contain information about the make-up of your funds, how they’re invested, the risks involved, details about the fund manager, fees and expenses and other information to help you make an informed choice about your investment.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has asked all UK Fund Managers to complete an annual review of each of the funds they manage to assess the overall value delivered to customers. Our Assessment of Value Report can be viewed in the link below and our overall conclusion is that we provide value to customers invested in our funds.
However it’s important to us that we continually challenge ourselves to identify areas where we could improve value for customers. Our findings and the actions we propose to take are outlined in detail in the report.
